Role and Mission角色和使命
1.Manage canteen, Stationeries, Cleaning, transportation, express delivery, water, business card. 管理飯?zhí)谩⑽木、清潔、?chē)輛運(yùn)輸、快遞、水、名片等。
2.Responsible for the receptions for clients and employees in terms of transportation, accommodation, meeting room, meals, PPE, drinking and etc.負(fù)責(zé)接待客戶(hù)和員工的交通、住宿、會(huì)議室、用餐、PPE、飲用等。
3.Update company’s contact list on regular basis. 定期更新公司員工通訊錄。
4.Organize company actives periodically. 定期組織員工活動(dòng)。
5.Support HR generalist to maintain HRIS, P-files, attendance records in an accurate and timely manner.支持人事維護(hù)人力資源系統(tǒng)、檔案、考勤紀(jì)錄,確保準(zhǔn)確性、及時(shí)性。
6.Support Staffing & Training Asst. Manager to coordinate relevant activities. 支持招聘培訓(xùn)副經(jīng)理協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)活動(dòng)。
7.Other ad hoc tasks assigned by department head.上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作。
任職要求
Education / Experience / Knowledge / Skills Required招聘目標(biāo):教育/經(jīng)驗(yàn)/知識(shí)/所需技能
1.College or above with the major of admin management and other related majors; 大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷,行政管理或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè);
2.Workable English; 可滿(mǎn)足工作需要的英語(yǔ)能力優(yōu)先;
3.Familiar with MS-Office(word, excel, power point, outlook); 電腦辦公軟件熟練;
4.Good communication, detailed-oriented and responsible attitude; 溝通能力良好,注重細(xì)節(jié)、認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé);
5.One year or above related working experiences, preferably in manufacture environment. 1年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),制造業(yè)行業(yè)優(yōu)先。
